How come this game got a mechanic to avoid trash mobs????

But thats what I see when I decide to do a duty finder group all day everyday.?

I also do Duty Finder all day everyday, and that rarely happens. Usually when the party descides to SE the runs are smooth and locking the enemies works to make the run faster (I also main a WHM)
