Looong loading screen on PC

Hello.I just started playing FFXIV.But,loading screens are too long for me.I must wait 1-3 minutes between maps or going dungeons and those loading screens are black.Here is my specification:
Intel Dual Core 3.0GHz
4GB RAM
Geforce GTS450
I play on high graphics and got 40-60fps.

Which "Intel Dual Core" cpu are you using? I'm sure the problem with the loading is either your HDD (More likely) or your CPU

Which Windows version are you using, 32 bit or 64 bit?

Lower some of your settings slightly, mainly shadows. This should lower your loading times slightly.

Loadings are affected mostly by Hard Drives speeds, RAM amount and lastly CPU.

So the first thing you can upgrade (and the one that will give you most improvement) is buying an SSD and installing FFXIV, also buying more RAM, so the Operation System don't need to SWAP things to the Hard Drives.

In my case i have 2 SSD, one for Windows and apps and the other one just for games, also have 24gb of ram (i used to have 32gb but one stick went bad and i can't RMA it) and i disable the Pagging File so everything stay on RAM. Maps on my pc take about 3 to 5 seconds to load.

Also it may be caused by the GPU if it don't have enough vRam, but your GPU must have 1gb and for FFXIV is enough.

So to make it simple, what you can upgrade to improve the loading times:

SSD > RAM > CPU > GPU

Try to run the game in Borderless or windowed mode with or without the framelimiters enabled i run the game with a very similiar Pc the game loads in a few seconds with borderless windowed mode and 30 fps limit enabled in fullscreen mode it takes several minutes to load.
