    Collection edition

    Hello everyone!
    I have already bought collection edition for ps4, but I can't get my bonus items(
    What I need to do to get them?
    Please, help me)

    Sorry for my English,i´m Spanish,but i have same problem......

    I was user of PS3,and have my character transfered to PS4 correctly days ago,i play without problems to te game.....

    This last week,y buy a Collector´s Edition no Digital,the box,my surprise is big,when the game,creates another service account,and don´t upgrade my account,and the bonus items and 30 days,dont will change to use....

    After any problems,i will cancelate the service,losing the 30 days,i dont have idea where send a email to say help.....


    At end,i was pay another 14€ and upgrade my classic account to Collector,to take the bonus items,but the 30 days are in the limbo for an error of PS4 APP,the console don´t let register the game if not mark a square "create new service account",when the service accoun are created months ago.....


    Sorry for my english,another time,but i´m very angry,30 days of subscription at trash and the collectors edition 85€......




    Blein_Mono,enter on your account in Mogstation,and see the service accounts,if you have 2,have same problem like i.......
