Just Transferred here

Hello everyone out there! As title suggests i'm looking for a couple of specific things. Before I get into that though let me explain a little about myself. I am a SMN main (lvl 93) with the WAR/DRG/BRD/SCH jobs as sides. (90/90/87/80 respectively)I transferred here from ragnarok due to two reasons: I was hitting a wall in content progression as I was mainly pugging everything. A combination of lack of endgame players and the shortage of players online during my playtime was what drove me to hop servers. I have experience in all turns up to t7 along with all extreme primal cleared except for Mog EX. I am a NA PS4 player, but am usually available for all times as I 'm usually always on except for early morning EST. (7am-2pm)

What I'm looking for:
English speaking FC that isn't a 200+ players. I want something that treats all their members equally (or at least respects!) Not something that has the leaders hand-picked favorites doing all the stuff together, leaving the rest of the members to solo the content. I want to be in a free company not a linkshell with action perks.

Experience:
Like I said, I'm currently trying to progress through the second coil. I'm not really interested joining a fc that has everyone still struggling on t5 and Titan Ex still. That said I'm definitely not opposed to helping others with progression. I just don't want to carry people who can't carry themselves. (I.e. not being able to follow directions/dodge/understand mechanics after being told 1000 times/etc...) Basically as long as you are a competent player and you don't play like a dalamud popato in duties. Feel free to call on me.

Times:
I would love a FC that works around EST, As Iv'e said before though time is not really an issue as I do not have a 'normal' set sleep schedule. Although I would prefer something between 4pm-4am as I am busy early mornings and Thursday evening from 5-8pm. I guess if I joined one and was put in a static having players who can actually show up on time/at all for raids would be good too lol.

Steady amount of online players:
I understand people have jobs/kids/life to tend to. That always takes precedence over XIV in my eyes, but it's no point being in a FC if you're always the only one on.

Understanding:
I play on a PS4. I do not have access to add-ons or parsers and all those other fancy things pc players get to have. If you are going to reject me based on that statement move along as I will not be getting the pc version. Other than that I haven't had latency issues or server disconnections in months. (Felt that should be mentioned)

Humor:
I am a pretty laid-back person. While I am trying to get that BiS or just squeeze out every bit of content experience, I want to have as much fun as I can along the way. A joke here or there can turn a wipefest into something memorable. After all when it boils down, this is a game and it was meant for us to have fun!

Voice Communication.
Specifically TS3. Iv'e tried mumble/ventrilo/skype/etc and I just don't like them. If you require that players be on voice comm for raids, TS3 is the only one I will use. Otherwise I'm perfectly content typing what I need to say.

If you can take all this in and give what I ask for in return, You may very well have one more player to add to your ranks/soldiers/mercenaries/squirrels/whatever you call your FC members. Here's hoping there's some group that comes along and sees this! As long as this is up, I will still be looking so feel free to reply or throw me a /tell in-game with a lil bit of details about your fc and maybe some exploits or some amazing battles you had. I'm always up for a good story. Even if I don't quite fit the requirements for your fc. If you have a linkshell or something I'd be interested in joining that instead so don't be shy if you see me in-game!

Well. I can't help you with some of that but...

I am running a smaller FC. Atm we have 26 players, 2 of which are me. People are all older families that have work schedules so the playtime can be a little erradict. One of my guys Larry just put together a Coil group for t6-9, we've only had one run and got 1/2 through the fight. We go again Tonigh and tomorrow. We had a couple of no shows for our static. We also have the random t1-5 groups that we do for ppl that need gear from them. If you run out of options or want to give us a try while you are looking, we are happy to help. The more ppl we have the better we can suit everyone's needs. I ran a successful LS in FFXI under the same name, Bringer of the Dawn. I think I'm a fair leader and if ppl put in the effort, it shows.
