error downloading gane ps4 code: 20019

i have this problem, all of the day trying to play the game and only get the error code 20019 when the game start prepaqring the first time use

i try all, errase all, restore ps4 , downloading 20 times, somethings get 6% other times get 26% and crash!

I was getting this problem in beta and this is why I will not buy the game. I want a confirmed fix on this before I do. Have you been contacted by anyone from support?

The UK has been pretty fubar during peak times, and the North East as well in the US ,as well as Southern California and around the Great Lakes area. You're relying on that in the background somehow, so could be part of the problem. PSN is monitored by the downdetector.com site, as well as other services (including some internet service providers)... might want to see if you can spot any issues close to or in your area and pester the appropriate support channels if you spot something with either your ISP or PSN there.
