    merge two itens in one??

    Hello,
    Im lvl 50 but still a noob in some cases....

    Can anyone explain this for me?
    What is the "plus" mark in the thumbs? Looks like He merge two itens in one..... stats of one and apparence of other, is that right? If so, How can I make this? some sidequest to enable this?
