    Not exactly, but you'll exclude a lot of people who would normally fit in despite their age. Just asking for a more mature mindset would be good enough in my opinion. Once a long time ago we found out a member was only 16 and we were absolutely shocked because he was quite mature and had a deep voice even.

    Thanks for that! And that is great advice! I think that would be a much better way to go as well.
