Nope, increments of 10% every 2 weeks with the last increment to 30% coming in 2 weeks and ~a day from now.

nope your incorrect there they clearly said 10% for the first one then after that they said 5% every 2 weeks til 30% buff but guess u didnt watch the live videos.

this week buff will be at 15% since it increases 5% each 2 weeks


After patch 2.2 is released, we'll add the Echo buffs in patches that occur every two weeks. The first stage will be added 2 weeks after patch 2.2 is released. Furthermore, the effect will increase every two weeks, first to 15%, then 20%, and finally a maximum increase of 30%.

also that picture u linked shows increments in 5% not 10% 20% then 30%

So we are in agreement then.... Since the picture was for people to see the increments of 5%... Such as the person I quoted...
