    Strange for my 1.0 character I did not have to redo the quest just use the items in my inventory that I got from the moogle mailman in order have a mount.

    EDIT: Oh right I think you have to talk to the main chocobo porter for the city your Grand Company is in to get the Grand Company chocobo back. "My little Chocobo" never triggered in ARR for my 1.0 character.
