Can a dev please clear this up?

As of patch 2.2, the following trials and raids will count toward achievements requiring the completion of high-level duties with a full party: The Howling Eye (Extreme) / The Navel (Extreme) / The Bowl of Embers (Extreme) / The Whorl Eater (Extreme) / Thornmarch (Extreme) / The Binding Coil of Bahamut (excluding Turn 3) / The Second Coil of Bahamut

So to me that sounds like the high level dungeons, extreme primals, AND the Coil runs listed would all count towards the achievements.

I encountered someone who claims ONLY the primals/coils will count towards the achievements.

So which is it?

Which part of the above is it that you consider a high level dungeon?
I see only "extreme primals" and "coil" in the list... no high level dungeon...
When it comes to dungeons, the only two dungeons that are 8 man, are Castrum Meridianum and Praetorium and those don't count because they're too easy.
