The second theme used for the Ultima Weapon fight is just titled "Ultima". There are 5 different themes for Titan (one for each phase), in order they are "Weight of a Whisper"(Phase 1), "Weight of His Will" (Phase 2), "Weight of the World" (Phase 3), "Heartless" (Phase 4, aka the Heart Phase), and finally "Under the Weight" (Phase 5). The day time Wineport theme is part of the medley "On Westerly Winds".

I think the only way to legally obtain these tracks at the moment is if you order the OST from SE's website.
They also have them on iTunes which is where I have been buying them up to this point but I can't type Titan's theme and get results lolo
Is it different them the Soundtrack that they released with the Collector's edition because that had hardly anything on it ._.
