PS4 Character Creation Issues

Hello!
I'm trying to join a server that my friends play on, that server being Exodus. Right now the 'restricted' list says that Exodus is open to creation. But when I log into the game on my ps4, and then onto the Primal Data Center, its not open. In fact, the same exact four servers from all of yesterday are open. Brynhildr, Lamia, Malboro and Famfrit. None of the other listed open servers are open to me during character creation.

How do I force the game to give me the same list shown on here?

Kinda frustrated waiting days to join my friends while they pull further and further ahead.

Exodus is not open, it has a x by it meaning no new characters can be created there. I clicked on the link you provided and got the following list:

The list is only updated on the website a few times a day. What is shown by the client is the most recent restrictions. Character creation restrictions are based on how many characters are currently logged into the system. If you are having trouble creating a character on a server during prime playing times, I'd suggest waiting until a less popular time such as mid-week early morning.

I wish that the Mods would sticky a thread about how the character creation restrictions work, since with the PS4 launch lots of people seem to be looking for this info.

I do not know why but i feel like when i tryed top join a server earlyer last week day 1 of ps4 it explained to me that sometimes servers are full at that time.Maybe i was seeing things.

Yeah, better info would be very nice. And yeah, the list updated to have Exodus X'd out. It was open before. I didn't realize they close or open on the fly instead of every six hours. That should be information clearly detailed on the page

I agree Aquifn, I had the same problem here that is how I ended up on the Lamia server. Because the server I wanted to go on was blocked but was unblocked the day before I started (while everything was updating)
