2 atma books at the same time.

Can i have one book for drg and another book for smn at the same time?
Example:
Slay 10 Xmob with atma weapon for drg, then switch to smn weapon and slay 10y mob for smn weapon?

Or maybe can only level one weapon at time?

I haven't tried it, but I think you can, the quest is actually completed before you start on books, and if you talk to the book lady, she trades you books based on what atma weapon you have equipped. Ha just reread the quest, says you can only have one book in the set of 9 at a time though, so I guess that makes me wrong, and the answer a no.
