Zantetsuken happened, it 1 shots everyone if you don't kill him fast enough around 20-30%

Odin takes the form of actual players, so at one point it can be a lala, at others a roe.

Nothing, you can't buy anything until 5 mantles

Theoretically, the first time Odin is encountered on a new server would be his default form. Not sure if anyone was able to screenshot him before the first fight though. After he is beaten once, his next return will be that of the character that killed him (last attack) and the name of said character will be below Odin's name.
