Are the horses like minion loot? Everyone rolls for a chance? Or is it a small (really small) random obtain regardless of loot.

They are basically the sake as the healer horse the difference is obviously the coloring AND they also leave a trail of smoke/particle effects in their wake the color of their respective element. Wish I could help you out more. You might be best to head to mor dhona and just hope someone rides by
