    I have already bought collection edition for ps4, but I can't get my bonus items(
    What I need to do to get them?

    you need to find a delivery moogle in game, your bonus items get deliverd there

    Once you have registered it to your Square Enix account your items will be delivered in game via the Delivery Moogle mail. Look for a letter icon on your map in game.

    right next to the linkshell npc is a mog you will see something like 6-8 messages in the top right of the window that is a way to test if the codes worked but ya your fine do not worry you do not lose them if that was what you were worried about.The only people who lose items are the people who do not use there codes by the end of the month.

    just a small edit it may not be next to the linkshell npc in your town but i know in mine it was.

    Also, just to add, you can't use your mount until you complete the requisite story mission that unlocks use of a mount.

    Just pre-empting that one.
