This is a great idea! But I do have to say I agree with it being on the back-burner for now. I also think the original team should remain on the credits since they were the ones who built the game from the ground up and the current team is just making it a lot better.

Maybe put the original credits in a separate button underneath the opening movie button? Oooh maybe even make a second opening movie for the new staff or an enhanced one to show the new aim. Originally they focused on leve's, now we focus on doing whatever we want when we want or... something haha. Just a tagged on idea.
