Main Scenario Roulette In-Progress Does Not Work Correctly

Twice now while being in a Praetorium Duty Roulette group, players have been unable to queue in-progress to replace dropped members if they used the Duty Roulette feature. However, if they queued in-progress for Praetorium in particular, they were able to join our group. In other words, Main Scenario In-Progress did not find our instance, but Praetorium In-Progress did.

I have only noticed this behavior in Praetorium groups. It has happened twice since 2.2, which is all of the times it has come up.

This issue is not related to platform. It most recently occurred on 04/21/2014.

This happens with any roulette option for me, figured it was by design to discourage fishers.
