


5 mins for vote kick, 15 mins for abandon.
I've seen my wife do this twice (going into dungeon with near broken gear) but when she realized it she left and took 30min penalty.
At first when I read the OP I thought it was going to be about players in Brayflox HM asking to be kicked because their gear was broken, so they could get out of the 30 min penalty. I don't see why someone would try to "Grief" other players like that. Wouldn't at point if the said player continued doing this that the GMs would catch on?

Guys, don't be so quick to demonise the OP, whilst yes there is no reason the vote kickers would get disiplinary action because they have access to chat logs, I was in a Cutter's Cry run where the tank said they needed to repair gear, and asked for a vote dismiss, after which he never returned. This method of leaving instances without hitting the 30 min DF timer is going around.
