PC & PS4, NA & EU questions

Hello,
I have a few questions regarding PC and PS4 versions on same account.
My wife and I both play on PC at the moment. We would like to be able to log in on PS4 every now and then and just do some random daily stuff (farming atmas, dailies, maps etc) from our bedroom.

1. From what I understand, we both need to buy a new PS4 version, correct? We did not have PS3 version or participate in any beta.
2. Then apply the PS4 key to each of our FFXIV accounts correct?
3. Could we both log in on PS4 client, with our separate accounts on same PSN? (we both also have XI on our accounts and security token)

Also, another problem is, my FFXIV (and XI) accounts are EU...can I buy ANY PS4 versions and apply that key to my account or do I have to buy specifically EU PS4 game for EU key (if such a thing exists or is PS4 version region free?).

I would appreciate any help anyone can give.

1) yes you would have to buy a European version of the game for each of your European accounts.
2) yes, you need to apply 1 key to each account. Make sure you choose the same service account as your Windows one.
3) the Playstation client locks to each account. You and your wife would both need a unique ps4 account and a download of the client on each. (12 gb per client) in other words you cant use your wifes ps4 account client of the game to log into your ffxiv account.

I guess I won't have problem setting up XIV account for my wife, she has NA account i can just buy digital copy on PSN and start it up for her.
I'd have to figure something up for my account. I'm sorry I did forget to mention that we live in USA and that she has NA account and i have EU.
Do you think if i just create a new PSN (since it doesn't require +), get another XIV copy (even if it's NA)...you think I could link that with my EU account? Since I don't think standard digital edition on PSN comes with a key, just links your PSN ID with XIV account...from what I've read lol
