Making Gil as Botanist

So I'm currently a level 22 Botanist. I was curious what my best way to make gil as this gathering class would be? What would be the hot commodity that I should be gathering to sell to work on making the most profit?

It can depend on the world you're on as well as the current demand. Your better bet would be to refer to the market board to check the history on the different items.
