and that exactly what did say the op, simply you don't read. you thinking: "they don't like grind, they want it handed" no is not because we found grind boring that we want it be handed.
we are in 2014... we have acces to new technologie that allows much more that was possible at while wow, everquest, FF11 even... it's time maybe to evolve. and stop to simply copy paste stuff from the past.

i got my high post count by being an active member of the forums for the entire 3 years the game has been out.

all i am saying is that many people, including myself, asked for a grind to be added back into the game because EVERYTHING else was made for another type of player. now that one thing in this entire game is added that pleases those of us that asked for it is put in game that isn't even for the best piece of gear in game people want to cry like a bunch of 5 year old school girls.

are there parts of the quest regarding atmas i would like to see changed?
yes, i would love to see the low level fates not be involved at all and see it only lvl40 and above fates.

is this the exact type of grind i asked for when i asked for the game to have some grind?
no, but as i did ask for grinding to be added back in some way i'll take what i can get.

do i want the quest to stay exactly like it is from now on?
no, i think it should have the drop rates increased and myth lowered later on, but i do not feel like it should be done yet. they should not ease things until the following patch.

i just think when something new comes out it should be directed towards the highly dedicated to work towards. this type of content gives players, like myself, something we can do each day after a patch is put in and if it's done well like this past patch was we will not be out of things to do before the next patch comes out. once the next patch comes out make the current and previous content easier to allow those behind the chance to catch up and complete the previous content they were either unable(titan ex) or unwilling to put the time into(atma). this method gives players of all time allowances, skill levels, and dedication a chance to down all content in due time. sure it may not be when the patch first comes out for everyone, but it does allow them to complete it all eventually.

if you find that mentality a troll then you really need to look into the meaning of trolling.

Yup, I didn't join the forums as early, but I remember reading things from you before I did.

yes, and you have to remember back then there was no post limit, you had roikken/belgainrofl/jennestasia on the forums starting threads to cause fights, and back then the community was nowhere near as caustic as it is today. it was very easy to sit in one thread and talk to the same few people for a long time back and forth even if they didn't agree with you because it wasn't insta attack and people was more willing to look at all sides of thinking.
