Guildhests have disappeared ????? Help

I need help. I have 2 characters on my ps4. A Miqote Dragoon and a Lalafell BM. I have guildhests available on my Miqote but the guildhests seem to have disappeared on my BM. I'm a lv 50 with Ilv. of 75 but if i try to do a guildhest the npc tells me im not ready to do guildhests. There are none listed in my Duty Finder , not even the lv10 starter hests that i did when i started leveling this toon. I'm trying to finish the main story line in Mor Dhona but i can't because the quest calls for me to do a guildhest (halfshell) but there are none available. I cant figure out where to go or what to do to get the guildhest chain unlocked so i can do guildhests. Has anyone had this problem before. The GM's are worthless. They keep telling me to check the forums and the Active help in game but there are no Guildhests listed in my Active help and i cant find anything on forums about this.

I have the same issue and that link doesn't help. I've searched the web for hours and can't find anything. I'm lvl 50, done all the main scenario quests up to "Hest of the Best", and I am unable to start quildhests... I don't know where to find a quest or npc to initiate the quests....

You need to look for the level 10 contact and do the quest "Simply the Hest"
