Bots in Coerthas, when will SE actually do something about it?

When I need to get some Fleeces off the Ornery Karakuls in Coerthas Highland for my crafting, I always run into some Bots who probably have been there for the last few hours. You can easily tell that they are bots since they have "Away" status next to their name and will literally attack anything that's in the range, one after another. I tested this by claiming (with Scathe from BLM, which is faster claiming than the bots) the Karakuls and also the Wolves which are a bit further away from them and pulled the monsters to the bots. For 10 minutes they would just kill the already claimed monsters by me without any reactions (I got all the drops since I claimed them first).
I reported them, shouted so other people reported them too, but weeks after I still run into the same bots, still standing there farming Fleeces.
It's so obvious but it seems like no one from SE would make some efforts to check this area out and get rid of the annoying bots from gil sellers that are ruining this game.
I hope they will read this post and finally decide to do something about it. (This is in Odin server btw, but I'm sure since Fleece is very popular they will do the same in every server)

I think you can get drops even though someone else "claimed it" if you start hitting it above 50%. Then the mob is shared and both get drops I think. It works that way with experience and quests!
Anywho just report them! I've reported lots of bots I've seen and when I searched their name the day after they were gone and haven't seen them since
