/reply command needs improvement

I'm REALLY getting tired of this. Unlike other games, the "/tell Person's Name" doesn't stay as the default in your chatbox between messages, so every conversation must be filled with /r and ALT+R presses, while constantly weeding through the RMT spammer names.

Just like changing the default chat mode, you can do the same by entering in your /tell "Soin So" then press enter.

I would like the Alt-R reply function to automatically filter out people on your blacklist.
