I haven't even built it. I'm just thinking of what use they have when at level 50, you don't really need any kind of help to kill anything on the map. If you could take the into duties, then I could see a point.

They are really useful when doing beast tribe stuff, great for getting adds off your back.

I find making sure my chocobo doesn't die to be the greater annoyance, that and his sluggishness to respond to anything I'm targeting. Sometimes the target is dead before the bird even realizes I'm fighting it.

Try it with a level 40 class ^^

You can't complete daily quests at level 40.
