I use Cure III when melle dps and tank are both taking regular damage.

Overcure is rarely proced because Cure I is the most efficient healing spell and Cure II should be avoided for regular healing.

My issue is that; if I'm using Cure II, I won't have time to consider healing anyone else except for the tank, that potency drop can cause tank death, and isn't worth keeping melle alive.

I suggest that; overcure proc increases the potency on primary target by 120%(Or same potency as Cure II) while keeping the same potency for the aoe heal. All at the reduced mana cost of course.
