Ring Question

Can I have a weathered version and upgraded version of a certain type of ring? I know they're unique, but technically two separate item entries.

Probablyyy cuz if ot has a different name then you should be able to equip both.
Cuz they r different im stats and name/ ilvl.
But then again who knows lol SE could be like nope.

If you can buy another one while the upgraded one is in your inventory, then I'd assume you can wear both. It won't let you buy a unique item if you already have one on you.

To get the non-weathered version, you have to at least clear T7, and almost certainly not just once. Which means, at this point, you're doing Coil...and have a chance at your Allagan Ring (Casters and Melee get theirs T6 or 7, so definitely don't go buy two Sol rings as any of those 4 jobs) Now, the tank Ring drops T9, so if you are a tank this could be a viable way to go, since you're likely to not see your Ring for a long while, but the other roles...no, just wait for the Allagan.

Healer coil ring is pretty bad, the 2 gain in mind isn't worth lost of other stats, for WHM at least, which is why I was curious. If I should upgrade the ring or bracelet first. Ring if I could buy another ring.

Uh, actually, that 2 mind is better than the 9 DET on weathered Daystar Ring.

Well I turned my Weathered Daystar ring into a Daystar Ring with the Sand of time from T7. Is that what you're asking?

That was Oil. Sand is T8 and for the left hand side.

Uh, actually, that 2 mind is better than the 9 DET on weathered Daystar Ring.

Its actually not, 1 mind is equal to about 2.5-3 determination. For proof, can trade out royal sash for one of the i90 and your heals will be higher with royal sash. I've done intensive testing at various mind and determination and don't rely on the severely outdated healing calculators from beta.

And to other person, I was asking if its possible to buy a weathered and have an upgraded Daystar ring, so as to equip both at once.
