Silly things people leave duties over

Considering I just had a silly moment happen to me, I felt a thread needed to be made over things you consider silly for people leaving a duty over.

I was just in a duty in the roulette, and 2 people left because of my macros after the second boss of Haukke Manor HM. I thought it was silly because I only have one for Perfect Balance, using the Limit Break, Foresight, and Mantra, all 4 of which don't have any sound effect with them. I only used each one once over the run to that point (15 minutes it was), then they called them obnoxious and left.

Anybody else got some silly reasons you've seen people leave duties over?

One of the tanks left a coil turn 1 DF party this morning because doing a sacrifice pull of the trash before Cad sounded "like bad role-playing." I don't know if he was an RPer who thought the sac pull didn't fit his concept, or if he just didn't like sac pulls and thought that was a good insult to use.

Yep. Turn 1, WHM was just running around, not healing anyone at Snake. People getting mad at me for "being so weak" when I'm handling Snake like MT should. THEN they realized WHM wasn't doing shit, WHM just stops moving and derps out of the group. Eventually cleared it 2 mins later when SCH popped in. Cleared it like a boss.

Bad role-playing? Coil isn't a place to "role play." The struggle is REAL.

I had a group vote abandon BF HM after the second boss because the healer disconnected. Like, I'm pretty sure they actually hoped to finish the dungeon right up until the healer d/c'd mid-boss, then decided that waiting for a replacement would take too long, or something.

^This. Even worse when the 'reason' given for abandoning it is 'harassment' even though the person supposedly at fault hadn't said anything, and died for reasons outside their control (off tank was kicked because the main tank in the party died to the trash mobs on Atomos, wiping the whole alliance?). Some people just want a quick and easy run through something, and the slightest deviation from their 'carefully planned' speedrun causes them to throw in the towel.

Aurum Vale. Tank aggros ENTIRE first room and cant keep hate. After doing this 4 times in a row, even with the rest of us trying to tell him one pull at a time, he quits.

Tank leaving because I was dpsing in cleric stance and he insisted his hp should be full all the time even though I never let it drop below 50%
