    Need help please with FC crest. Thank you.

    My FC is at Rank 2 but I am not seeing the crest editor anywhere. Pic provided. Am I glitched or missing something?

    It's a girl npc not standing behind the counter but near by. Easy to miss if a lot of peeps are standing around and you have your name captions turned off like I do.
