Developer Roadmap?

There is a lot of speculation related to classes and content for upcoming patches.

Has there been a roadmap communicated from development lately?

I am not asking for specifics on classes or specific content- I am more interested in what the current vision for the game is....for example:

Where do they see the majority of playing happening in the game? Leveling activities, quest lines, FATES, raid instances? A mix?

Where do they believe development will be spending time? Content development? Story development? Character/Balance Issues? Itemization? Some kind of mix?

What is the vision for the community or community related activities? Raids, DF, PF, FC tools, FC Housing tools?

What is the vision for the solo playing experience? Story driven? Quest driven? FATE driven? Personal asset (house) and sub games driven?

At what point do they estimate their baseline "classic" game will be complete?

Doesn't mean they "will" though lol. I do expect it to come around E3. Time will tell.

yeah Yoshida said maybe, he doesn't want to do it because of how loose they have been with updating content and what content they choose to update and when, and he doesn't want to set a roadmap in place and cause restrictions or expectations.

Personally, I'd like to know how they feel about the game as it stands right now. What are they happy with? What do they want to change or what do they feel should be fixed/addressed?

That GDC conference seems to state that they feel FFXIV:ARR is a step in the right direction right now... regardless of all complaints about openworld and oldschool stuff. They even mention that their loot lockout system was a viable step.

2.1 CT 1st raid, Hildibrand Episode 1, Good king Mog

2.2 2nd Coil, Hildibradn Episode 2, Leviathan

2.3 CT 2nd Raid, ???, Hildibrand Episode 3

2.4 3rd Coil, ???, Hildibrand Episode 4

2.5 Ct 3rd Raid, ???, Hildibrand Episode 5

After this point it is either 1st expansion or 2.6 since Yoshi-P wants to get 1st expansion out within a 2 year time frame since 2.0 was released which is around 2.5 timeframe.

However, 2.2 storyline already hints the upcoming patch theme being "Revolution" but if you have Japanese Dialogue on the word in Japanese is "War"
