Oh yeah, and you know it beacause you're Yoshida BFF or what? How can a Chocobo rental system be broken? They clearely stated they didn't implement Chocobos right away because they wanted it to be special (can't remember if it was the old or the current team, anyway if they were working on the "special" part I find it hard to belive there wasn't anything ready for a rental system).
