Steps:
When in controller mode using a quest-specific mount with its own abilities (eg. Battle Drake for Amal'jaa quest Demolition Drake, Goobbue for Sylph quest Giddy for Goobbues), the horizontal keyboard pet bar appears on-screen in addition to the cross hot-bar. This happens regardless of whether the horizontal pet bar is hidden in the character options menu. Likewise, the bar cannot be hidden through the HUD layout feature. Screenshot.
