Transfer character to new account

My fiance and I currently share an account but she would like to be able to play with me on her own account (used to work opposite schedules so it was never an issue until now) without having to start over at lvl 1. She currently has a lvl 50 character and that is a looooot of work to have to redo from the beginning. Please consider adding an account to account character transfer? (even if it costs a little extra, that is totally understandable)

I do not see why this is not possible. it is just data afterall.

I think there pretty set on never allowing character Transfer to a new account. Due to RMT reason and for players who want to sell character but keep there legacy account and so on.

That why i always tell people to have two service account even if you think you never get to play at the same time.

I understand the RMT but at the same time WoW did an ok job at keeping those kind of actions under control and I'm pretty sure that Square would be even better at it. Plus there has to be some kind of information they could ask us for as proof that we are not getting money for doing the transfer or that we live in the same house and just want to be able to play together. We're even in the same FC so if need be we have plenty of witnesses that talk to both of us separately on RaidCall.

or even to minimize selling set it up so that each account can only transfer up to 2 characters and there is an increasing fee for each transfer. (e.g. $10 for first, $30 for second)
