[EU] Character Image Display Technical Difficulties (Apr. 18)

We are currently experiencing technical difficulties on the Lodestone, the iOS/Android app “Libra Eorzea,” and the FINAL FANTASY XIV forums where players’ character images may not display properly.

The issue is being addressed, and new updates will follow as additional information becomes available.

Please note, if you are being affected by this issue and your character’s image does not display properly, logging in to FINAL FANTASY XIV: A Realm Reborn with the affected character and performing an equipment change may sometimes cause the correct image to be displayed.

While the investigation and recovery operations are currently underway, we do not have an estimated time on when the issue will be resolved.

Please note, if you are being affected by this issue and your character’s image does not display properly, logging in to FINAL FANTASY XIV: A Realm Reborn with the affected character and performing an equipment change may sometimes cause the correct image to be displayed.
