No more quest for low level?

Right now I am a Arcanist lvl 30 I want to become a Scholar which I need to have a class of Conjurer lvl 15..
But when I turn to conjurer I notice that when I reach 10 most of my quest are done and I have nothing to quest anymore.
Isnt there anyway for each change class has their own sidequest?
I know you have to grind,FATE,duty but why are there no quest for second class?

nope :/ Once you do the quests they are done. The good news is that getting to level 15 with the hunting and challenge logs is really fast. Getting from there to level 26/34 for those cross-class skills is more annoying.

[26 thaumaturge for Swiftcast, 34 conjurer for Stoneskin]

If you burn through all the quests on your first class, it does get kind of grindy leveling other classes. It's a little less so if you split each starting city's side quests up among the classes in that city, but it still requires other methods of leveling. And it's not something immediately obvious, so a lot of people end up completely questless by their 2nd or 3rd class.

For the lower levels, there's also guildhests; you get the first time bonus new for each class now, so they're worth doing on every class you take up.

Your hunting log and a few guildhests should get you to 15 if you've used up all your quests in that range. Then when you want to go beyond that for cross-class skills, you can get a lot of XP in dungeons, and conjurer gets quick duty queues.

Technically, any quest can be a side quest for your second class. Just don't do it on your first class. Also, your class and job quests are unique to each class, so there's still those to do.

I do have to ask what exactly you're asking for here as well. Levequests are essentially repeatable sidequests as it is, and there's plenty of repeatable or class specific content to level with already.

Did you really burn all the sidequests with your Lv.30 Arcanist? From the 3 city-states and low level surrounding areas? Wow...
Anyways, answering to your "why are there no quest for second class?" question and as Urthdigger stated, sidequests are not linked to any '1st class', '2nd class', '3rd class', etc. (except the very first ones on the tutorial area).
SE do have plans to add sidequests (of course...), but not for '2nd class' especifically. They add low-mid-high level sidequests with every patch; use them to your sole discretion alongside the other ways to level up any class (hunting and challenge logs, battlecraft leves, dungeons, guildhests, FATEs,...)

When I level another class I grind mobs and do the hunting logs until I can do guildleves then I do those and continue grinding while I wait for them to pop. When I hit 15 I do dungeons to level.

Fates are another good way for leveling other classes.
