Dear SE Support,
I subscribed to a 180 day plan sometime in October last year and I canceled it last month due to work commitments. Now that things are settling down, I want to resubscribe back using the same method but Mog Station doesn't allow me to.
Upon checking "Recurring Subscription Setup", after selecting "Type of Subscription, Subscription Period and Payment Type", I was brought to enter the credit card details to let globalcollect process the card, everything is still fine.
I get this next message
But upon clicking "Next", I gotThe registration/update of your credit/debit card information has completed.
Your credit card information is now registered. To update this information, please log in to the Square Enix Account Management System and select Register/Update Payment Method.
There's no issue with my cards, bank side has not blocked the usage. But something is amiss about attaching the credit card payment to my intended subscription.An error has occurred.
Please confirm the status of any relevant options and then try again.
