also looks like you are on older drivers too?

    SYSTEM_SOUND_DRIVER_VERSION 6.00.0001.10200

    SYSTEM_SOUND_DRIVER_DATE 10/01/2012 16:09:44
SYSTEM_SOUND SPDIF Interface (TX1) (VIA High Definition Audio)

    Perhaps some updates may help?

You've also got something running that frequently seems to be the cause of slowdowns/lag with multiple games:

    Pando Media Booster

    Edit:
Apparently, Pando has been causing some people to get their browsers hijacked... who knows what you may have going on with your system if you got hit with it too:

May want to grab the free scanner from www.malwarebytes.org just to see if you have picked up something troublesome.

Mmm weird. I updated my drivers and everything seems ok. I tried to remove Pando Media Booster and nope, the game still opens slow. I ran the free scanner from malwarebytes a few days ago and i idid it again a few minutes ago (just in case) and nope, my PC is clean...

I'm concerned about the minute it takes to open the game (the screen i put on my first post), because there is just trying to open the game, not "loading maps". I think that's the key to solve this, because only FFXIV takes 1 minute to open on fullscreen mode, while other games (like skyrim) only takes 3-4 seconds

(Tried to open the game on windowed mode and nope, still takes 1 minute to "load")
