Well maybe. It is apparent that anybody can tend your garden, it is not restricted to only your FC members. That said, does that mean you have to worry about strangers coming along and stealing your harvest?

It should be fine. We and neighbour FC occasionally tend each other's plants but we can't fertilise or remove them.

This, my co master noticed that one person who tended to our plants was not in our FC. So to check, I went to a friend's house to see if I could harvest their plants, and I could not. So rest easy.

You can adjust the settings in your FC housing rank permissions.

Although it seems regardless, there is no way for someone outside of the FC to steal your crops. All they can do is help you tend to it.

Saw ~10 people running by house the other day, some stopping to tend the plants. I'm guessing it was a new FC moving in and checking out their neighbours. I don't know why, but it feels kinda creepy when someone else waters your plants.... o.o

Better hope your basement doesn't floor with everyone and their third cousin drowning your vegetation. Hopefully someone figures out how to cross read a malboro to chase away those nasty gardeners because the scarecrow just doesn't cut it.

Hah, this reminds me of the old Pokemon Dream World, where you had to water stranger's gardens to get bonus points.

There is some guy who is stalking a member of my FC, and he always comes by and waters our plants. It's kind of a little weird. :/

The moment SE makes it so when plants are over watered they die lol.
