1) Concept Design
2) Wireframe modeling
3) Texture ( main texture, lightning texture, alpha texture )
4) Each gear physic
5) And most of all... make it for every race! ( Hyur M,F, Highlander, Elf M,F, Lalafell, Miqote, Rogadyn = 8 models/texture separately ==' )

Gosh... lot of work but I wish they add more cool gear soon ^^
It's a good return on investment though, because I still zoom in on my character and go "woah."
