I decided to reactivate my subscription last night but because I wanted to play on PC instead of PS3 I purchased a registration code from Steam. However I put the code into a second service account instead of the one that contains my PS3 CE. So I have two service accounts, one with a PS3 CE registered to it (Inactive) and one with the PC version (Active 29 Days left)

I have filled out the form on the SE site to try to get them to merge the two but as of yet no help has been available. I have not even heard if they've recieved the request. I would call up to try and get assistance, but there is no number listed, I tried live chat, but that just created another ticket. So I am wary of creating further attempts at help as at this rate I am going to create about 20 tickets trying to get in touch with a human.

I would also upgrade the PS3 version to a PS4 version to apply the code to the PC service account but seeing as I created a ticket to merge the two I guess when my support querie (If it was recieved) will just un merge the two. I only want them merged so I can play on PC and gain access to old characters and the items I got with the CE plus Veteran Rewards for the game time I have already payed for in the past.

My main issue at present is I cannot play on PC, I have an active account, it states it it active in the mog station with a Windows license. But whenever I log in with my credentials. I am told I do not have access to FFXIV on this platform. How on earth do I get to play on the PC version with my second service account whilst I wait for SE to resolve my ticket issue. This issue existed before I created the ticket and has persisted since then.
