Numerous stability problems [PS3]

Hello.
I play on PS3, wired connection (Italy). In the last 10 days or about, I have been experiencing all sorts of issues: 90000 error, endless loading screens that force me to exit and relog the game, game launcher that doesn't load, messages that tell me that the server is not responding and so on.
In addition, my character often freeze while I'm gathering or trying to interact with any in-game items, as mission items or even moggle letters. Not to mention that I also go dead connect or lag badly during instances and even randomly doing nothing.
I tried to restart my router, reset it, changing setting, phoning my provider but nothing seems to work.
This happens mostly at about 13:00 GMT and practically always at 21 GMT, and lasts few hours before I can recover a barely decent connection.
Now, it is almost impossible to me to play like this and it's a pain for others to have me in party.
As I am actually paying to play, I would be extremely grateful if you could help me somehow or at least clarifying where the problem's cause is.

Same here (Italy, wired, PS3) and I've noticed that problems have come up with PS4 service going live.

Had issues during beta P2, no problems in the few days after that, and yesterday night again, I was in a Levi XM party and my attacks wouldn't land at all, linkshells/free company/examine menus would not load any info, I had to exit the game via the PS3 menu because "Log Out" didn't work (I had to ask the party members to "please kick me" because I couldn't leave the party on my own)!

I posted about this before and it was moved to "Resolved" without any answers. Hope to see some feedback about this, many PS3 players yesterday were complaining about unplayable lag as well.

Yeah I forgot to mention about being unable to log out as it says "Unable to perfom action while occupied" or something similar, and all the other stuff the previous poster said.
Sadly, same things are happening to me too.
Which server are you from Zander? Did you notice if all these problems occur at a specific time or at any random hour? Also, do you happen to have fastweb as provider (just to check if that is part of the problem or not)?

I do have Fastweb as a provider, but that doesn't seem to be the issue (just asked an LS mate, same problems, different provider.)

I'm on Shiva (Chaos Data Center), times in which these issues occur are pretty much random, or I haven't noticed a pattern tbh. In the morning I usually don't have them, atm I'm ingame and had a few issues upon login, but it seems better now. Hope SE can find whatever is causing this and fix it. What did the provider tell you when you called? Every other device in the house works fine, so I don't think ISP is causing this :/

They told me their signal was just fine, and I got to say that I believe them because everything works fine but FFXIV: ARR. So I'm guessing it's a server issue or something related to PSN, due to PS4 game version release.
Nonetheless, as they have thousands of ps3 players I think this issue should be addressed ASAP, otherwise many will quit the game. I've been considering that as atm I am paying for not being able to play.
