Today we have choice class/job what we want to go on duty to select multiple dungeons or trials. If we choice Tank we will going in instantly, for healers its a few minutes and for dps its more than we like.

My suggestion is simple - i got 2 Healers, tank and 2 dps and I like go all of this class on dungeons as well so i choice all this jobs and select one dungeon, game roll which one class will drop me in dungeons - so i will have more fun with each raid (still need do more than 200 Braflox hard) because i don't know what class/job i will get.
