I received CE BONUS items by mog mail, then tried to use each and all of them has been dissapeared w/o any profit. What happened?

Once you 'use' them from your inventory, you're able to summon the minions and ride the mounts (if you've unlocked them that is) by going to actions & traits on the menu

Check your abilities menu under Mounts or Minions.

It actually displays the message upon each use saying "You can now call Moogle minion" and "You can now use Fat Chocobo" mount and as said already above - new actions have been added to the Mounts and Minions menus - just place them on your cross bar. Please note that you'll be be unable to call / ride the chocobo until lvl 20 where you need to join Grand Company and complete the Chocobe quest there first and also that it's not possible to call mounts in cities.

Behemoth Barding seems to be nowhere

And one more question - i didn't understood when it will be possible to call Coeurll. There is no restrictions written on CE promo page, but mount is not callable too - "unauthorized to call mount"

once you can call chocobo, you can call coeurl
i think its lvl 20 and finishing the quest/buying the right to call choco from grand company
behemot barding is "armor" for chocobo and its under chocobo menu
