    Gloam Boots Incorrect stats?

    Was talking to my FC monk today about possible upgrades and we noticed that when you upgrade the Weather Gloam Boots to the Gloam Boots the stats change and we didn't notice this with any other weathered/upgraded pieces of gear.

    already a thread about this with a dev response saying it will be fixed and determination is the correct stat.

    So is the tooltip wrong or are the stats wrong until a patch fixes it?
