From standard to beginner

Hello guys. My cousin changed his account from standard to entry and lost his character. I was wondering if there was a way to get it back

Theyre just locked if he has more than one character per server. I think you can designate which is a main character via the lodestone. I've never tried it personally since I've always had my account set to entry.
The only other way is to delete or move the other characters from that server.
Your friend may have to pay for standard one more time though to be able to use the character delete function.

The last used character should be the one which remains "active" if you change to Entry subscription. If you want to use another character as your "primary" on the specific server you's either need to pay for a month of standard sub to be able to shuffle them around or delete the other character(s) to make the one you want to use active or move some to other server (chargeable service).
