1. Black Mages that Flare right at the start of pulls.

Aw BLM is by far the most consistently difficult class to beat on emnity, and lately there's been a very highly geared BLM in most dungeons I roulette into. I think if they are going to bomb everything with huge burst damage like that, it might help if they stand near the tank so enemies don't go running far away to fight them.
