    a never ending loop(service account issues)

    so i logged on to ps4 today and got this
    "No valid or active service account is available to play final fantasy xiv: a realm reborn

    in order to play final fantasy xiv: a realm reborn, you must first purchase the digital download from the playstation store or register a product code

    *users participating in early access must als complete registration by april 16, 2014

    to complete registration, please first close the game client, then access the final fantasy xiv: mog station through the internet browser found on the home screen.

    and then i go to http://sqex.to/msp from the playstation 4

    and click on "add playstation 4 license"

    which gives me this

    "In order to play FINAL FANTASY XIV: A Realm Reborn on the PlayStation®3 or PlayStation®4, you must first either purchase the digital download, or apply a registration code through the Sony Entertainment Network. Please note that PlayStation® services are not accessible through this website.
    Upon completing registration and installation of the game client, start the game and follow the on-screen instructions to log in and add your desired platform to your Square Enix account."

    and then i go to the game client and it tells me the same thing as the top of this message.

    You need to submit a ticket to support then call or use the live chat. They will ask for your ticket number then give you a code that you put in to your ps4 redeem code part of the ps store. Ihad this problem after i put in the code it worked fine

    But you see some of us don't have it as easy as that. I'm from Australia and i bought my FFXIV:ARR as a Digital Download from the Playstation Store 4 days ago and still doesn't work.

    I've submitted a ticket every single day yet never get answered. Their working hours have a huge time difference so I have to stay up really late in the morning just to keep waiting. Calling them wouldn't be an issue if there wasn't expensive international call rates ($$/min). Might aswell buy the games again for that price.

    Honestly I've been quite patient with them and is in no rush, but i just want to play like everyone else. Its becoming unreasonably long to wait for any Customer Service or a Fix. And if all the players didn't get a compensation for the lost then I wouldn't really feel as satisfied with my purchase.
