PS4 - Login asking to register again product

I suffered from the "Service Not available" problem on 14/04. The problem was solved and started playing 14/04. On 16/04, when i tried to login at around 22:00 BST i was sent to a screen asking to register a product (again?). Im stuck at this screen since it doesn't let me choose the product i already have (and this product is show as registered on moq station). The only option it gives me is to register a new product which, from the text, would imply loosing my char! Is anyone else having this problem?

Same problem i got the digital preorder. I played fine yesterday but now it says i have to register again. My copy came with early access a pet and mog hat. Thought it came with 30 day sub too, is that right? Typing with controller please dont grammar police me

I am having this exact same problem. It was working fine until i logged out for half an hour. When i tried to log back in it asks me to register my service account or make a new one but it doesn't have anywhere to select my account

I'm right there with you. I purchased the PS4 disc with early access download from the SquareEnix site on 4-12 and have been able to login up until tonight. Now suddenly I don't have an account for a game that I bought. 4 days later they have not withdrawn the purchase price from my account, yet I have a confirmation email receipt. The code that I registered with Playstation Store worked until today. Now I'm prompted to pay for the game again, while in the meantime Playstation Store shows that I have already redeemed my code and won't let me do it again.

Frustrating limbo here. I just want to play the game.

Same thing. Pre-ordered the disc from amazon. Played all weekend and the past 2 days. Received my disc and registered the code. Now I can't get in.

I ordered from amazon and got my early access code...was playing fine until last night...now it wants me to register again..when I log in to manage account it says I have preorder code but wont let me play. Have no idea. It wont let me pay for the month and I'm not going to pre order again for new code. Guess I just wait for disc..hope it works then

same problem. When I log into mog station its saying account not active. WTF is going on?
