You all probably know my rants by now, so I'll try to keep them simple.

-No open world content. World is a giant lobby.
-FC housing is too expensive, small houses, while 'affordable' are useless because they're too small, even with a basement.
-Paid retainers lets people pay to have more opportunities to send retainers out on ventures and get high level gear/items just for paying extra. Not fair.
- Crafting - see signature for additional details.
- Spring dress is ridiculously difficult to make for a freaking vanity piece. Yes, let's take the most casual content and make it harder to get than the new zenith weapons, that makes perfect sense. ><
- Vanity system is needlessly complex. Another bit of casual content that you can't even get to until you're level 50 and that's so involved it's not worth a bag of hair.
- Crystal Tower is not fun.
- Continuation of the 1.23 storyline is walled off behind the hardest possible content in the game. I just want the story bits, don't care about the gear.
- Have I mentioned that people who pay SE more cash each month get more chances at getting high level gear just for paying more? My retainer brought me Ifrit's axe the other day. He was level 11. I haven't even DONE Ifrit hard mode yet. Am I the only person that sees something wrong with that picture?
- Too many people that just love to come into threads they don't care about just so they can be the first few to make snarky comments.
- Where is my musketeer class???
- Why can't I repair my friends' gear anymore? It makes no sense to have taken away this option. It's one of the ways I could contribute to my group.
- Materia system has a fraction of the versatility it could have/had in 1.23
- Cross class skills are too limited.
- Exclusive reliance on pattern rotation, no variation or single mistake can be made without pretty much losing the fight in higher level encounters. There's nothing that challenges you to think or use creative skill combinations. It's one pattern to each boss, and one rotation to each job.
